Technical helpdesk at ICMC

As a technical support facility for users of the University Library, a students' helpdesk has been established on the 1st basement of the ICMC building.

Function:

  • Assistance in notebook configuration for network access services at BTU Cottbus, such as Wireless LAN, VPN service, LAN access within the ICMC building
  • PC support for notebooks


Consultation hours:
Monday – Thursday: 4 pm – 7 pm

Up-to-date information are available at Service Point on the ground floor.
