Department Profile

In 2005, the chair of Organization, Human Resource Management and General Management was taken over by Prof. Dr. Hipp who has initiated substantial changes. Microeconomic issues are addressed using new institutional approaches as well as applications stemming from management theory and social psychology.

The associates working in our department integrate and combine a wide range of subject matter by pursuing an interdisciplinary approach. This process takes advantage of current theoretical, empirical and methodological research findings, further developing them to address and treat vital issues currently being confronted in the fields of economics and technology as well as society in general.  Investigative and  commercial projects are documentations of both commitment and creativity.
