Restoration Ecology Program - eLearning Methods

The Certificate programme is offered regularly in summer semester starting in April and ending in September and consist of five modules:

• Module 1: Soil
• Module 2: Water
• Module 3: Biodiversity and landscape
• Module 4: Cross cutting tasks
• Module 5: Soft skills

Each module is divided in a course and an exercise on the learning portal.

Timeline:

• 1st phase: online phase in a self-learning course
  During the first phase of the Certificate programme in Restoration Ecology the teaching materials will be accessible via the Learning portal “myBTU” exclusively. The e-learning-phase starts 1st of April and lasts until mid of July.

• 2nd phase: presence phase in summer school
  The four-week summer school at BTU Cottbus will take place from 27. July until 21. August in summer semester 2009. Besides the summer school the participants get the lecture material via the e-learning-portal myBTU starting 1. April 2009
• 3rd phase: final work at home to get your cerificate
