General information

The Bachelor programme of Environmental and Resource Management is pursuing the objective of internationality and multidisciplinarity. The internationality is given by the mandatory semester abroad and the English language as well as the scientific topics offered. The multidisciplinarity is due to combining natural sciences, technology and socio-economical aspects within the curriculum. Further specific modules deal with current environmental issues, such an techniques for resource protection, concepts in environmental planning, risk and impact assessment, as well as the socio-economic implications. The acquisition of management skills and social competence is therefore valued as highly and as indispensably as the technical and scientific knowledge.
