Programme description

The master's programme "Environmental Engineering" consecutively follows the bachelor programme by the same name and offers an interdisciplinary, integrated, and open engineering discipline concerned with the conservation and development of the human living and production space. The programme contents deal with the fundamentals of securing the general living conditions in settlements by providing technical means (provision of a water supply and wastewater disposal, recycling and waste management, climate protection and air quality control). Additionally, skills in social sciences and elementary, fundamental engineering knowledge are imparted on students which makes them able to work in other areas of engineering as well.
