Students get familiar with important technologies for web applications and acquire the skills required for developing web applications. |

- Model-Driven Development
- JavaScript-based standalone web applications
- The JavaScript/Node platform for distributed web applications
- The PHP/Zend-Framework platform for distributed web applications
- The Java/JPA/JSF-platform for distributed web applications
- JavaScript/XHR-based frontends for distributed web applications

| Recommended Prerequisites: |
Participants must have good knowledge in Java-programming and web-technologies, equivalent to module 12316 (Specification Languages and Processing Techniques for Web Documents). |
