- Service-Oriented Architecure (SOA)
- Basic Web service technologies: SOAP and WSDL
- The Web service choreography language BPEL
- The business process modeling language BPMN

| Recommended Prerequisites: |
Participants must have good knowledge in Java-programming and web-technologies, equivalent to modules
- 12316: Specification Languages and Processing Techniques for Web Documents and
- 12431: Designing and Implementing Web Applications.
