Main Objectives
The main objective of this action field is the mainstreaming of sustainable urban development strategies under the conditions of climate change into the urban system of HCMC. The importance of developing appropriate adaptation and mitigation approaches on different spatial scales is generally recognised. In close cooperation with our Vietnamese partners and the envisaged projects of action field 2, small scale model projects will be carried out in order to promote best practice for future actions. Four WP have been designed to cover the macro, meso and micro spatial levels.
