Main Objectives
The objective of the adaptation planning framework with an integrated vulnerability assessment is:
- to inform decision-makers and the general public regarding climate change risks, and
- to increase their capacity to implement necessary adaptation measures and to strengthen the resilience of the urban system of HCMC.
