The series PRAWO PUBLICZNE PORÓWNAWCZE (Comparative Public LAW) is a cooperation between the Cen-tre for Law and Administration of the BTU Cottbus and the Institute of Admin-istrative Sciences of the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław. The editors are Prof. Dr. Jan Boć, Prof. Dr. Konrad Nowacki, Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Lothar Knopp and Wolfgang Schröder, the Chancellor of the BTU. The series is published by Kolonia Limited (Wrocław).
